Contact us

Email savvy@simplifyd.com. Write from the address on your Simplifyd Cloud account where you can: it lets us find your workspace straight away, and it is how we confirm a request about an account comes from its owner.

Report security problems to the same address, with "Security" in the subject.

What to include

  • Where it happened — the workspace, project, environment and service, by name.
  • What you did — the command you ran, the button you pressed, or what you asked your AI assistant to do.
  • What you saw — the exact error message, and its reference if it has one. Errors from the MCP server end with (reference …); that code lets us find the request in our logs.
  • When — roughly what time, and your time zone.

Never send us passwords, API tokens or secret values. We do not need them, and we will never ask for them.

AI assistants and the MCP server

Claude, ChatGPT, Lovable and other assistants connect through mcp.simplifyd.com; setup steps are on the MCP page. An assistant can do only what your role in the workspace allows, and only in the workspaces you approved when you connected it.

If an assistant reports that you need to sign in again, reconnect Simplifyd Cloud in the assistant's settings. To cut an assistant off, revoke it under connected applications in your account settings in the console; it takes effect on its next request.

Account and access

If you cannot sign in, or have lost the device you use for two-factor authentication, email us from the address on the account and we will help you back in.

"Forbidden" or "permission denied" usually means your role in the workspace does not allow the action. Owners can do everything; developers create and manage services; billing members see usage and payments. Ask a workspace owner to change your role.

Billing

Services are billed per second from your workspace's wallet. Owners and billing members can see usage, burn rate and transactions in the console, or with edge workspace usage. For a question about a charge, include the workspace name and the transaction reference.

Documentation

Guides for every service, the edge CLI and the API are at docs.cloud.simplifyd.com. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.
